Our 2016 AGM is being held at 7.30pm on 22 June in the Community Room at Cannock Community Fire Station, Old Hednesford Road, Cannock, WS11 6LD.
Doors of the meeting room will open at 7pm when teas, coffees, soft drinks and biscuits will be available, and the AGM will start at 7.30pm. The agenda and other relevant papers have been sent out to members. As part of the business, we will be asking members to approve the size of the interest payment for the part year and to consider a change to the rules to allow voting by proxy so that more members can express their views as part of the democratic process.
We have invited Max Wakefield from 10:10, the national climate change organisation which supports a range of practical actions to combat climate change, to talk to us after the AGM about the effect of recent changes on community energy and the new community energy models that are developing.
We look forward to meeting members on the 22nd.
